Fitness Boot Camp Workout Exercise Weight Loss Program in Chicago, Illinois

What is it?
A four-week indoor/outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional coaching & motivational training provided by Tony Simmons, your Urban Fitness Expert and Boot Camp Instructor.

Where are the locations for the women's camps?
Boot Camps will be held in the Chicago area.  You will receive more information on the location after signing up for your Boot Camp.  Alternate locations will be provided for bad weather days. 

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

 

A four-week comprehensive program of fitness instruction, counseling,motivational training provided by your fitness instructor.What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, Pilates mat exercises, surprises and more! This technique was developed by fitness expert John Spencer Ellis.

Camps are held indoors/outdoors. Directions will be given at your first assessment. On select days, campers may travel a short distance away from the "base camp" for a fun hike day. You will receive your schedule prior to camp.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Thursday for 75 minutes during the four-week program. All participants must arrive on time.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights at any WalMart, Target or Sporting Goods Store, and running shoes.

What can I expect from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! By participating, you will also earn your Boot Camp Dog Tags! You'll want to show your co-workers, friends and family!

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started! And, you'll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone else!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $220 for 20 hours of instruction! That's just $11.00 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified to make an appointment.
